Important Instructions for the Applicants :
1) Allotment list is on the basis of merit and the preference of colleges given by the applicants.
2) The applicants can also check the college allotment through their login credential at website www.dhe.chd.gov.in.
3) The applicants can download the Online Admission Form on 16th August, 2020 (Sunday).
4) The admissions will be done as per Online Admission Schedule given below.

5) The admission list is purely provisional, subject to verification of original documents/testimonials by the allotted college and rules and regulations of Panjab University. If at any stage it is found that the applicant has given misleading/false information/documents in support of the admission then the admission will be cancelled
6) The applicant will receive an SMS regarding deposit of fee once his/ her form is verified by the allotted college.
7) In case of any discrepancy with regard to documents uploaded, the applicant has to clear the discrepancy on or before 16th August 2020 (Sunday) at College level through their respective login at DHE website i.e. www.dhe.chd.gov.in. In case the applicant does not clear the discrepancy before the stipulated time, he/ she will not be granted admission in the concerned college.
8) In case of any discrepancy in marks/ reserved category/ pool etc., admission will not be granted by the concerned college. The form will be corrected by the college and the applicant will be eligible for admission in the 2nd Online Admission Schedule as per revised merit. Such candidates can avail second chance in 2nd Online Admission Schedule only if he/she give his/her willingness online on the website www.dhe.chd.gov.in on 20th August, 2020 (Thursday) by 2:00 pm.
9) List of students who would be offered provisional admission by the allotted college would be available at www.dhe.chd.gov.in/DHE/StudentList.aspx
10) The applicants who been offered provisional admission have to deposit fee online for which link is available at the website www.dhe.chd.gov.in/DHE/StudentList.aspx, within 24 hours of date of admission as per the schedule given above, If they don’t deposit fee online, the allotted seat will be cancelled. Such candidates can avail second chance in second counselling only if they give their willingness online on the website www.dhe.chd.gov.in, link for which will be available on 20th August, 2020 (Thursday) by 2:00 pm.
11) If an applicant does not attend 1st Online Admission Schedule or pay fee within 24 hours, his/her seat will be cancelled. Such applicants can avail second chance in 2nd Online Admission Schedule only if he/she give his/her willingness online on the website www.dhe.chd.gov.in on 20th August, 2020 (Thursday) by 2:00 pm.
Note:
• If the applicant does not give his/ her willingness online on the website www.dhe.chd.gov.in on 20th August, 2020 (Thursday) by 2:00 pm, he/ she will not be considered for second round of Online Admission Schedule.
• Applicants who have not been allotted college because of being lower in the merit list, can be considered for the 2nd Online Admission Schedule, if the seat is available in the respective course. They are not required to give online consent/ willingness for 2nd Online Admission Schedule.
